Once you know which tank size is the best fit for you, you need to choose which Partner Store you'll be picking up your order from.
Keep in mind that if you're renting a tank you must return your tank to the same store you rented it from.
After selecting your pickup location, you will be taken to the checkout page where you can pick your tank and pay.
Then simply go to the store in person and tell the store employee the name for the order.
The store employee will hand you the tank and regulator and demonstrate how to use it.
They will also check the pressure of the tank with a regulator and verify with you that it's full.
There are no refunds, once the tank is in the customer's possession it is their responsibility to care for it to ensure there is no accidental helium loss. Refer to our Operations & Safety page for proper care and usage.
