SMS Opt-In Process for Helium2Rent

Helium2Rent collects SMS consent from customers during the checkout process for helium tank rentals. Below is a screenshot of our consent checkbox as it appears at checkout, along with the full disclosure language.

 

When consent is collected: During checkout, after the customer enters their phone number, they encounter the unchecked SMS consent checkbox shown above. The customer must actively check the box to opt in. Consent is not required to complete a rental.

Full opt-in language displayed to the customer: "Yes, I agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Helium2Rent about my helium tank rental, including order confirmations, pickup notifications, return reminders, and deposit release updates. Messages are transactional only — no marketing, and we do not sell your information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, or call 844-435-4862. Consent is not required to place an order — if unchecked, you'll receive updates by email instead."
