Helium2Rent SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to the following SMS Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.

1. Program Description

Helium2Rent operates a text messaging program (the "Program") to send transactional and informational SMS notifications to customers and partner stores who have provided express written consent to receive them. The Program is operated by Helium2Rent in the Spring, Texas area in connection with our helium tank rental services and the Helium2Rent (H2R) platform.

2. Types of Messages You Will Receive

When you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages from Helium2Rent:

Order and rental confirmations
Pickup notifications when your helium tank is ready
Delivery and return reminders
Refundable security deposit authorization and release updates
Rental account and status notifications
Customer service replies to questions you initiate

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this Program unless you have separately opted in to those.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. You may receive multiple messages per rental transaction (typically 3 to 6 messages per rental cycle).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Helium2Rent does not charge a fee for participating in the Program, but standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Please check with your wireless provider for details about your specific plan.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages from Helium2Rent at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages from the Program.

If you wish to rejoin the Program after opting out, you may sign up again on our website or through the H2R rental portal.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of Balloonee's control.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide in order to opt in to the Program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

9. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive text messages from Helium2Rent is not a condition of renting a helium tank or using any of our products or services. You may use Helium2rent services without opting in to SMS messages. Order updates and notifications are also available by email upon request.

10. Privacy

Helium2Rent respects your privacy. We will not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through the Program are used solely to deliver the messages described in these terms.
